Boxing Cardio for Saturday, January 13, 2024

Come join our Cardio Boxing workout! This class is a balanced blend of HIIT and utilizing the fundamentals of boxing. Building from the ground up we incorporate footwork, head movement and punching techniques! We will use bag training, mitt work, partner drills and coordination exercises to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back and core.
