Flag Tournament

Each Player receives a flag, representing Par plus her handicap.  A player plants her flag at the ball's resting location when she has reached her number.  The winner is the player who finishes with her flag plus the most remaining strokes to be played.  If no player finishes with her flag, the winner is the player whose flag has been planted the closest to the pin on #18.
