-          8 week weight and body fat challenge

-          Criteria: Weight loss, body fat lost, lean mass gained

-          Weigh-ins begin the week of 1/2/23 until 1/13/23

-          Weigh-outs end the week of 2/27/23 until 3/4/23

-          Kickoff Party: 1/13: 5pm
